How Sizing Works (What to Measure)
Measure the circumference of the thigh 5 inches (≈12-13 cm) above the center of the kneecap, or sometimes 4-6 inches depending on your brace design. Be sure the knee is slightly bent (about 20-30°) so you get a realistic fit.
If someone is between sizes, usually better to size up for comfort or if you need more flexibility; size down if you want more tight compression.
